32 Role base portals: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 sees the introduction of a tailored role user experience, to provide each user with a single point of access to everything they need to do their job. This includes task lists, forms, reports, business intelligence, KPI’s, data and alerts. Each role also has a customisable home page. Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 comes with 32 pre-defined roles including: order processor, purchasing agent, project manager, project team member, CEO and CFO.
Windows workflow: This enhanced built in workflow management system automates business processes across roles and departments, improving the flow of information whilst enforcing policies, ensuring compliance and reducing costs. Its compliance portal also helps you helps you manage the sharing of compliance documents and evaluation of controls.
